Es ist auch möglich die ganze Pension zu mieten
Auf diese Option gibt es ein Preisnachlass pro Zimmer. So kann es durchaus Sinn machen die ganze Pension anzumieten, auch wenn nur 3 der 4 Zimmer benötigt werden, um so ganz unter sich zu sein. In der Nebensaison für €240 (max. 10/12 pax), in der Zwischensaison 260, in der Haupsaison für €280 und zu den Weissen Nächten 310.Kinder
Bis zum Alter von 12 Jahren frei wenn in dem selben Zimmer mit den Eltern.
Einladungen und Registrierung
€35 pro Person inclusive der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Registrierung vor Ort innerhalb. Registrierung ohne Einladung von uns kostet €20. Die Einladungen werden per E-mail oder Fax verschickt. Für zusätzlich €5 auch per Post.
Flug- und Bahnhof Transfer
Ein PKW fuer 1 bis 3 Personen kostet €40. Bei mehr Personen (max. 7) kostet es €60.
Stonierung
Wir zahlen 70% des angezahlen Geldes zurück bis zu einem Monat vor der Anreise. Danach nichts mehr.

It is also possible to book the entire Bed and Breakfast
This option comes with a discount per room. Keeping the discount in mind it might make sense to rent the entire flat even you would need only three of the four rooms, just because you would like to have more privacy with your family or friends. During the Off season the price is €240 and during the High season it cost €280. (8 to 10 pax conveniently, 12 max. possible).Kids
Up to the age of 12 years free if accommodated in the same room with the parents.
Invitations and registration
€35 per person including the required registration within 7 working days after arrival in Russia. If you have the invitation not from us but you need the registration we have to charge €20. Invitations are sent by e-mail or fax or also with postal service for addtional €5.
Airport- and Railwaystation transfer
Per car for 1 to 3 persons €40. Form five to seven persons €60.
Cancelation policy
We are ready to pay you 70% of your prepayment back up to one month before your booked arrival time. After that we don’t pay money back as it will be also impossible for us to refill the room as we have mainly foreigen guest with visa requirements.

Nous proposons une reduction de prix par chambre pour cette option. En tenant compte de cette reduction vous pouvez envisager une variante de location de tout un appartement meme si vous n’avez besoin que de 3 chambres, cela vous permettra d’etre en toute intimite avec votre famille ou vos amis. Pendant la hors saison le prix est €240 et pendant la haute saison il est de €280. (8 a 10 personnes service confort, 12 personnes maximum possible).Enfants
Gratuit jusqu’a l’age de 12 ans si loge dans la meme piece avec les parents.
Invitations et enregistrement
€35 par personne en incluant l’enregistrement effectue dans 7 jours ouvrables apres l’arrivee en Russie. Les invitations sont envoyees par l’e-mail ou le fax ou aussi par service postal pour €5 supplementaires.
Transfert d’aeroport
Par voiture pour 1 a 3 personnes €4o. Pour cinq a sept personnes €60.
Politique de desistement
Nous acceptons a vous payer 70% de votre avance de paiement si le desistement nous parviens un mois avant votre heure d’arrivee prevue. Apres cela nous n’effectuons aucun remboursement car il nous est impossible de relouer votre chambre a un visiteur etranger compte tenu des exigences de visa.

Такая опция предоставляется со скидкой на каждую комнату. Учитывая данное условие, возможно, для Вас будет целесообразней забронировать всю квартиру полностью, даже если Вам нужно только три комнаты из четырех, просто потому что Вы бы хотели провести время только с Вашей семьей или друзьями. Во время низкого сезона цена составляет €240, во время высокого – €280 (от 8 до 10 человек разместятся с удобством, 12 человек это максимум).Дети

Приглашение и регистрация (для НЕ граждан РФ)
€35 за человека включая необходимую регистрацию на 7 рабочих дней после въезда в Россию. Если Вы планируете остаться дольше, приглашение за €20 без услуги регистрации также приемлемый вариант. Приглашения отправляются по электронной почте, факсу или по почте за дополнительные €5.
Трансфер из аэропорта или вокзала

Отмена бронирования
Мы готовы вернуть Вам 70% Вашей предоплаты за месяц до даты Вашего бронирования. Мы не сможем вернуть деньги позже указанного периода, так же и по той причине, что для нас будет невозможно продать комнату снова, т.к. большинство наших гостей приезжает из-за рубежа и необходимо время для оформления их виз.
